Where is Diego Costa?

Diego Coast is alive and well and in… I don’t care anymore, I just want rid of him now. The sooner he is out of our club the better, otherwise it’s just going to be an issue and a cloud over our club until January when he will definitely go. Rumours of a loan move to Fenerbahce in Turkey are this week’s news after his return to Atletico Madrid failed to happen over the summer. The Brazilian born Spanish international is now overseas trying to conduct his business with his agent whilst not training properly and with no care of Chelsea in his thoughts.

Morata’s goals are making us forget about Costa

I respect Antonio Conte’s judgement and decision over Costa and if he feels he is no longer required then move him on, however to do it via text message is certainly not the right way to go about it. Costa has been no angel as we all know, even before Conte arrived last summer, but he was and obviously still is a great centre forward and goal scorer. Even with all his issues he still scored goals and some fantastic ones at that. Thankfully his replacement Morata is now starting to find his feet and I’m sure more goals will continue to come for him as we kick into a busy month in both the league and cup competitions. If that continues we’ll forget about Costa sooner rather than later.

In our August blog we started our Chelsea score predictions for this season but only for the last game at home to Everton due to myself being away. Therefore no real score update from myself, Alexis and George, well except I was the only one to get the 2-0 correct scoreline spot on. As usual though we’re basing it on the Sky Sports Super 6 game points system and will update you with our totals at the start of each month. Let’s have a good October Chelsea! Come on!
